- Cancellations made two weeks in advance may be refunded or applied to a new booking.

 

- Cancellations within two weeks but more than 48 hours in advance may be postponed, and the deposit may be used for a future visit.

 

- Postponements and Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit.

 

- Cancellations within 7 days of an OFF-SITE event will forfeit the deposit.
